With COVID-19 becoming the primary topic of discussion among politicians across the country, Ryan and Jeff discuss the constitutionality of many of the Big Government solutions being implemented across the country. Ryan also shares his plan to provide child care across the state of Iowa in order to bring back jobs and help families. This is a good discussion of many of the issues confronting many conservative candidates for office, and Ryan Howard did a very good job articulating his positions.
