The Radiotronics software is supplied in AppData directories and is digitally signed with the Radiotronics signature. We make every effort to ensure that the software we provide is always up-to-date and fully compatible with our radios and other radio components. Any software that we provide should function fully (at the time of its release) with the correct firmware and antenna plugged into the correct port on the radio. The HT750/1250/1550/EX500/EX600/CDM supports Radiotronics software (and all RadioSolutions software) without the need for programming. This is done using the Radiotronics signal cable with the 3.3V output and the Radiotronics programming cable with the 4.5V output. These can be purchased separately from Radiotronics as an accessory at no extra cost.

The HT750/1250/1550/EX500/EX600/CDM supports a unique feature of Radiotronics radios, the ability to connect a variety of additional cables to its front panel ports. Each port is capable of supporting one of the following:

Cable to connect the radio to a two way radio. The cable is provided with the radio.

Cable to connect the radio to a CDM or a portable Nav.

Cable for connecting the radio to an HT250/350/750/1250

The HT750/1250/1550/EX500/EX600/CDM is not capable of supporting a diversity modem. If you wish to use this extra port you must use a cable of your own that is capable of connecting to a diversity modem such as the ModemEx 3000 or an external radio.

Programming software is only available for Motorola Part Number: MC2500. If you wish to get the software for another part number, you'll need to purchase programming software from a different distributor.
